pretty worried about this.
i tried to select user bank B but it would not do it. then somehow it just did its' own thing and completely wiped out INT banks A & B.
can I get them back ?
should I back EVERYTHING up before trying to proceed any further ?
loaded Reincarnated & it erased INT banks A & B

Because of the way the M3 (and the O) files things, you should always, always, always, BEFORE you install anything, make a backup.
Trust me, I learned the hard way...

Well, you clearly did something wrong....but fear not.
You can restore all combis and programs, or just individual banks, or even individual items, by going to the Global Mode Basic Page, and using the Menu Button to select "Load Preload/Demo Data". If you need help with that, watch this video:
http://www.karma-lab.com/vp/klvp.html?playID=42
There is a section on reloading the factory data. Note that restoring data will replace those banks with the factory preload, so if you made any changes, they would be replaced.
Regarding loading of banks, please read the instructions at the front of the User's Guide for Reincarnated.

Thanks Stephen,
Your support was QUICK and much appreciated !!
I got everything back just fine. Just like you said, go to the global menu and select specifically just INT bank A.
Actually, I was wrong and it just had erased bank A and not bank B. All programs are exactly as they were.
And thanks for the link to that video, it was very helpful and much appreciated !
