r3 as legacy cell controller?

is it just me or should the korg r3 be a perfect controller for the legacy cell?
almost as awesome as the microkontrol?

Hmm...no pads, only 4 knobs vs. 8 knobs/8 sliders, no parameter names in the LCDs. I'd say it's only you :wink:

The ability to reassign the CCs for the knobs is a great feature for working with softsynths though.
