Hi folks,
I've created a combi and I want to control the attack and release of sounds 3-5 without altering sounds 1-2.
I set Attack to knob 3 and Release to knob 4 and then ticked sounds 3-5 in the MIDI menu for knobs 3 and 4, all others are unticked.
Concerning the release, all went well. However, when I alter the attack, sounds 1 and 2 are also slightly affected - not as much as when 1 and 2 are ticked in the MIDI menu to respond to knob 3, but still annoyingly enough.
I monitored sounds 1 and 2 with solo selected timbre, both are being slightly affected. Knobs 3 and 4 are controlling nothing else on the combi menus. I also inverted the settings, i.e. attack at knob 4, but same result.
Any clue as to what is going on?
Cheers

My guess is that there may be some control parameters set up in the programs themselves (rather than combi) that are responding to the knob twists.
I'd check the voices solo'd in combi mode and see if I could figure out what exactly is changing. If it's something like filter on Knob 3 - assigned to attack - then you see where you'd want to look at the program's filter section to see what might be assigned to Knob 3 and responding regardless of mode.

Hi BB,
Thanks for the answer. It is the attack of sounds 1 and 2 that is being affected - amp and filter - as is assigned to knob 3. I switched off all knob3 functions in the respective programs but nothing changed - they were assigned as usual only to reverb and MFX1.
I wonder what's happening
