Hi gang. Have a question and couldn't find answer in search. I just got an M-50. Trying it with cubase. Can easily record midi into cubase with it and get playback, but it does not seem to be communicating the two arpegiators "on off" signal with the M-50. I have all midi filters turned off in cubase. And i checked my "list editor" in cubase and see sysex info where i turned them on and off, but does not turn them on and off during midi playback. Only notes are played. It does record joy stick movement and also the two little buttlons above the joystick. (don't know what they are called but there on and off is recorded and sent). Also the movement of the knobs is recorded and play back. Just no arpegiators!
Thanks for your help!

Well, when i recorded it is in combi mode. As I record, i turned the arpegiators on and off. As i turned them on and off they function as they are supposed to. As i turn them on and off i see them going on and off in the M-50 editor window. (turning red and off) When I check the midi info in the list window the sysex info is there where i turned the arpegiators on and off. But when i play back, the info does not come to the synth to turn the arpegiators on and off.mrteclas wrote:Is arpeggiator assigned to a sound? Is it sounding on Ch.1 or what?
Well all other info is in the one midi track being sent back to the synth. All other info translates from cubase to the synth as it was recorded. Why wouldn't the arp. on/off info also be sent to the synth from that track?mrteclas wrote:Maybe it's a channel issue, you need de arpeggiator data in a channel but you need it in another one.
Still don't know
