yesterday i purchased a new nanopad for my 64-bit Windows 7 machine and installed all relevant drivers and software, then used the included driver setup to assign the driver within windows. testing with midimonitor in Ableton, i discovered signal from the x-y but no pad signals. i then freed up midi ports in DRIVERS32 using regedit, as recommended in another thread here, and went through the installation process again. now the driver shows up in DRIVERS32, but with the same issue--signal from the x-y, no signals from the pads.
anyone have any bright ideas before i contact Korg support?

Also... me too
well, i did also bought the nanoPad and only the xy works, no pad is working. installed the MIDI Driver Tools and did the fix and that stuff until the 1.12 version and guess what... There was no midi device recognized by any software, so i decided to uninstall everything, then i was like at the beginning windows recognized again the nano pad but no pad works at all.
Don´t know what to do... shame... lame... haha... I hope somebody knows how to make this work. Im at point of getting to the store and change the unit but as i see it would be the same...

Same problem here, after a lot of mucking around with drivers, uninstalling, installing etc etc, I have the XY pad sending MIDI but not the pads...
