Most recent Editor 2.2.1 compatible w/ Win7 64bit

Hi,
I'm about to upgrade my M3 to OS 2.0 and then to 2.04. I'm wondering if the most recent Editor ver. 2.2.1 is compatible with Win7 64bit OS?

I'm using 2.2.1 under Windows 7 64-Bit and M3 Expanded. No problems....
