Kronos ETA guess

Dealers here report that they should have the Kronos Saturday this week.

No Way!!!! Hard to believe...

Well, he is in Japan; so its not too far fetched.

Well lets see... you're a mile high... if you head this way.. pick me up on the way... we'll do a road trip to Japan and pick one up. It's not that far of a drive.. is it?

I have the Kronos pre-ordered at a US-based retailer because it is several hundred dollars cheaper (the 12 month interest-free payment plan was also attractive). In Japan, the Kronos will set me back approx $3225 US based upon the $1 dollar to 80 yen exchange rate. But if it does arrive here much faster...I may just say what the hell, and pay the extra money to get it sooner.

Just checked some other Japanese retailers. They updated their websites yesterday. They all project delivery of the Kronos this Saturday.

The arrival dates are all over the place in the US. I've seen 6/1, 6/3, 6/27, 6/22, and simply "May."
