Please help about Korg Pa800 - Loading problem.

Hello everyone. I have never experience this kind of problem earlyer.
So if someone could help me it would be grateful.

1: I plugin the USB And want to load my favorite set
2: I wait about 15 minutes and all it says is ''please wait''
3: the set is 33 MB so it should take less then 20 minutes
so i plug out the USB cable and it says ''device generic error''.
4: how ever.. the styles sounds very weird and its not the original sounds.
and 1 thing.. When i press Erase in media mode i cant see that the sounds have been loaded. the Sound folder is Empty. I load the Sounds but it never loads.. all it says is loading,, please wait.

why this happens? maybe because of the USB?

Firstly, I recommend that you re-format the USB flash drive (or replace it with another) copy your SET onto it and re-try - it does sound like it is related to the flash drive (or formatting)...

Hi MIKROpa800

why are you loading over USB-Cable !?!?!
Try to copy your files on an USB-Stick and
conntect the stick direct to the PA800.

Media\load\set the path i.e. USB-F\ and load the set.
