korg m3 karma buttons issue

can anyone help me regarding korg m3 karma buttons.

my korg m3 karma and drum buttons, realtime control, up and down keys all suddenly stopped functioning.

I had many a times switched off and on the korg m3 keyboard.

But the problem continous.

Check that the cable between the keyboard and the module is connected.
