Hello is it possible to download the r3 programs from this site and play them from the radias exb in the m3?

I don't believe so, at least not in an automated way. A Radias program can contain up to 4 timbres, while an EXB-Radias contains only one (although up to 4 can be combined in an M3 combi, which has its advantages). To my knowledge, nobody's written a conversion app.

If you have the two software editors side-by-side, you should be able to translate the patches one parameter at a time. That's the only option AFAIK.
