Yes, could be. Particularly since the old louie.edu and others have stopped providing repositories for old synth banks.

Did anyone lately visit that site?

I can't use the menu on the left side and I can't contact them because I need to login to get to the contact form. And creating a login is not possible because the login page doesn't work.

Tried with Firefox 2.0, IE 6 and IE 7.
