One common experience with the Kronos is the resultant lack of sleep. I never slept much anyway (seems to be a waste of time for me), but since the Kronos, I'm sleeping even less.
I average about 5 hours sleep per night... been like that since I can remember. If I get 6 hours, I'm doing well. The Kronos brought that down to about 3 to 4 hours per night (actually 2 to 3 hours the first week with it). So in my case, I think its safe to say that I've been getting about 66% (or 2/3 my normal sleep).
Out of curiosity, just wondering how the Kronos has affected the sleep patterns of others?

TBH, my sleep pattern hasn't changed one bit.
I've spent focused time with the machine to get it up and running, and then gigged it.
No damage or scratches etc yet either.
FWIW, I spent about 4 hours yesterday programming, engineering and producing a song. Kronos was involved, but it was a small percentage of the kit used.
Song isn't finished but it's 95% done.
Short, sharp bursts of creativity are my new workflow.
The days of doing stupid-long "studio-session" hours are long gone (and I've done more than my far share
)
I also have kids and a family..... and a life.

I too think sleep is a waste of time and Kronos has confirmed that. But it isn't just Kronos alone: this instrument has actually gotten me to explore my other gear even more deeply.
Add to all of this that I am also a professional sleight of hand artist who is pursuing a Master's in Education and sleep is one of those things I do in class
