Question re. accessing midis in Songbook

Post by Giner »

In my songbook I have half a dozen midifiles listed (they're on the hard drive). However, when I select one of these from the songbook list, I get a notice that says "Resource Not Found". If I select the same midifile in Song Play mode, the midi plays without problem. To quote the manual, "When you select an entry from the database, the Style Play or Song Play mode is automatically selected, depending on the type of file associated with the entry."

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Giner,
Sounds like the link is broken or you have either moved the file or renamed the folder.
Its easy to fix.
Load the midi in Songplay Mode. Songbook, Book Edit1, Tick Write Current Resource, Write, OK.
Heres a couple of midis you might like:

Hi John,
Thank you very much, your instructions did the trick. I don't recall how I lost them in the first place, but it's all good now. Thanks also for the two midis - two good 'uns there.
