128MB Smart media cards

Hi all, i'm a newbie and proud owner of an le 88.

Q: I've noticed Amazon selling these but bit confused on which voltage to go by; 3.3v or 5v?

Sorry if questions an old one but i have no manuals with this beast !

From the manual:
