To help me learn the Kronos, I have created a Kronos version of the Triton Romance piano. Here it is (the file includes the whole UG bank, I don't know how to save just one sound)

I'm happy with it overall except for the hiss you get when you play a note with a lot of velocity (especially G5).
The problem is coming from the Stereo Exciter and Enhancer (IFX2).
I've tried getting the treble the sound needs from other EQs but the hiss is always there. Can anyone help? How would I get the brightness without the hiss?
EDIT: I'm sorry, I had to turn BBCode off; for some reason, nothing shows up in my post when BBCode is on.
Having problems with hiss in sound I created

Here is the update, I have reset my board back to factory presets and the problem has gone away. I am amusing it was a setting I enabled, or disabled I am not sure. All the setting are the same as before, but I can not get it to recreate the hissing sounds I had before. Sorry was unable to get an audio file I was doing tweaks to try and fix, before I talked to Korg. But anyway the problem is gone all I needed to do was a reset. But if it comes back I will make sure to capture it this time.l

No, it is independent of the damper pedal.Night Spirit wrote:the hissing you are getting, is it only when you use the damper pedal and let the notes ring out?
I did some more testing on the weekend and it does not seen to be the exciter/enhancer; the hiss is still there with all effects off. Did anyone try it?
