Korg emx1 midi help

Hi I'm new at this if anyone can help me out.

I got my emx and want to conect it to my computer I bought a midi interface
And need help to connect it step by step.
And I'm using reason 5.

What are you trying to do with it? Control Reason with the electribe as a midi controller (I have a friend who does this with his ESX) or sequence your electribe via Reason MIDI (I do this with Ableton and my EMX)?

Yes that's what I'm trying to do but also need help on the midi setting to let my computer detect it can u email me alfredcore210@yahoo.com thanks
