spilled liquid on keybed... HELPPP!!!

Came into my bands practice space one day and someone had spilled a triple triple coffee on my m3-88... you can imagine the rage that later ensued... the entire highest octave of my keybed is pretty much entirely useless at the moment, wondering if anyone can offer a little step by step on removing and cleaning keys...

Fortunately the keybed is separate from the actual electronics. It should be fairly easy to disassemble the keybed unit (obviously remove the M3M first).

If it's not something you are comfortable doing yourself, I assume you have a competent keyboard repair center nearby? I would expect the person(s) responsible for spilling the beverage to pay for any cleaning/repair charges no matter what.

Back in the good old days, I had a similar problem with Coka Cola on a PC Keyboard. The big difference here is that there is some electronics in in a PC keyboard. I ran the keyboard under hot sink water and let it drain. The next day it was just fine.

I would recommend that you look at how the internals of the M3 keybed could withstand a hot water bath. Wooden parts would be of particular interest. You would probably only have to wash one end of the keyboard.
