While I am still trying to understand which portable synth or synths to buy, I have received from home my old iS50B which I bought maaany years ago when I was still young and stupid, or more young and more stupid, and which I used very few, to compose some songs just there, without DAW.
Now that I am buying new stuff to get tools to canalize my inspiration, I wonder, what is the best that I can get out from this units, not beying a good keyboardists? There are not many real time parameters I can adjusts. But maybe with a Beringer BCR2000 I can get some real time tweaking.
But, are there tricks you can share with me? Downloads to upgrade firmware, patches, banks, samples?
WHat is this unit? Just a keyboard? A sampler too? A quasi synth?
