I often use 'drive' between 15~35, which adds a lot of lower 'body' to the sound. A bit more warm drive towards the higher values. If you want real 'punch' though, you need to use the EQ, tuned real low. But that's what it's there for. It's great that you can dial it in when you need it.

I also often find myself using Osc2 tuned a full octave down.

Yeah X-Trade,

I saw one of your posts elsewhere (probably in the tips for using the radias) that talked about adding drive, it's usually the first thing I do! I wasn't sure what you meant by using the EQ "Tuned real low" though. What someone said on VSE was:

Simply dial in 20Hz and boost up the low end.

Yesterday I had tried demonstrating some of the very large differences between the virus and the radias, just when using initialized programs, but after I worked on it for a while, I realized that I detuned the Osc2 by -24 semitones... which probably muddied the sound too much, so I gave up, lol.

One thing I think the radias has is a really nice interface, it's really easy to use the different timbres and switch between them. The multi-mode in the virus is sorta confusing.

Yeah, I'm really glad I bought one before it was discontinued. The Radias just begs to be programmed. It does take awhile to figure everything out, and I'm still learning.

Haven't spent much time with it lately though because I'm in the process of moving, but looking forward to setting up the studio as soon as I get settled.
