Formatting disks and loading wav. files from disk

I have recently bought a Korg triton but I have not been able to save any of the songs I have created because I don't know how to format disks. I have refered to the starter manual and the parameter guide but they seem to be missing out some key step to making formatting possible.

Also, does anyone know if it's possible to load .WAV files from a computer on to a floppy then on to the triton?

I'd be very grateful for any help with these topics.

Press the Disk button.
Touch the utilities tab on the bottom of the screen.
Touch the tab in the top right of the screen that looks like a rectangle to bring up the menu.

Select Format.
The rest is obvious.

Loading is pretty much the same kind of process.
Go to the LOAD tab at the bottom of the screen, and use the tab in the top right to access the menu to LOAD files.
