Kronos Editor 2.0
Are we still on target for the 2.0 version of the editor by the end of August? Just curious as it would really be helpful.

Korg won't answer this question. Once they have it for release.....then they will simply release it.Are we still on target for the 2.0 version of the editor by the end of August? Just curious as it would really be helpful.
I would wait and see if the 2.0 version is even beneficial before I got exited about it's release. I am not holding my breath.

They did say the end of August, right? And it IS the last day of August, right? Just checking my sanity ... that is all.

Not unhappy at all. I've still got plenty of time to dig into this little beast. It would just be nice to have an editor. Mine came with v2 OS and the old editors won't work with OS2. Maybe the "big" annoiuncement on 9/4 will include the editor - and maybe an iPad app for editing as well. Plus if Roland can do it for their new module, why couldn't Korg?
Hey, one can hope, right?

Korg's accuracy on release dates about anything Kronos-related is a bit stretched in my book. I don't know about you. Do anybody still believe it when they come up with one? Not holding my breath on this.
But i far prefer a delayed but working product to a rushed out one, so i don't mind. If it's a fantastic editor, great, if not, no big deal. We shouldn't have expectations on something we don't even know a thing about.

System 1: Korg Z1EX with UA Apollo Twin X and M1 Macbook Air. System 2: Korg Trinity V3 with HDR, DSI Mopho DT, Korg 01/W Pro, Soundcraft NotePad-8FX.
The only real stretch was the delay of the first version of the editor.
Else Korg has delivered very useful updates in due time, and more sound libraries within one year than we could hope for.
I see no problem in a short delay of the August announcement of version 2 of the editor.

I was hoping to enter this forum today and see you guys/gals talking about the new editor.
I still haven't touched the first editor since I've installed it and immediately uninstalled it months ago. I want to test it with the MPC Ren.
