Touchscreen trouble: how to save pcg without touching screen

Post by tritonhaven »

Hi there,

My M3 has a lot of trouble with the calibration.
I tried a few times to calibrate it, but after 5 minutes it's off again.

It has become so bad that I even can't calibrate anymore (using global > ENTER+4). The below/right square won't become black when i touch it.

So... how can I save my pcg without touching the screen before I bring it to a repair center?

Any other suggestions are also welcome.

cheers,
Angelo

If you are at all able to activate the SAVE tab via the bottom of the screen, then you can press the ENTER + 6 buttons together, which will bring up the save PCG dialog. Everything will be checked by default, however.

Most of the menu commands are accessible this way. For instance, ENTER + 5 brings up the save PCG and SEQ dialog.

You can give the above a try if you're not using the editor.
