Kronos X 88 with faulty audio outputs

I have received today a new Kronos X 88 at my home with faulty audio outputs.

After checking with a technician of the shop who sold me the Kronos X, they have decided to take it and they will come again with a new one ?.

I have a K61 that also suffers from faulty audio outputs. I feel the same way you do. It does sound wonderful, though.
