Hello! I have a problem with my Kontrol 49! I hope you can help me!
I bought this last week and some keys doesn't work! I connected the Kontrol 49 to my expander and the keyboard still doesn't work!
The broken keys are in general the G, G#, C and B in all octaves (except for the last G#).
Is it an hardware problem? Is there anything to do to fix this?

I have had the same problem. Some keys not working and some buttons were left with the light on. And I decided to open it. I plugged in the power adapter, because I might be a problem with USB. Because all started when accidentally disconnected the USB cable when it was on.
I opened it and started to disconnect all cables, and plug them back in that I realized that every time he did something, it was a different button that was blocked. And a different key which sounded not done that many times. until suddenly lit only HEX LOCK button got stuck, and I did nothing but press the EXIT button and returned to normal, and so far has no problems.
I do not know what the cause of this, but I have read that many people have this problem and maybe this will help, not a very technical solution, but I worked
