What is the "translation" option for on the SAVE s

Anyone know what the "translation" option is for on the SAVE screen when saving files? I've managed to get it checked and don't seem to see a way to uncheck it...

I'm trying to get my Triton LE programs and combi's into my newly acquired Korg Karma but am not having much luck. The Karma keeps saying "File unavailable" when I try to load anything from the Triton LE.

My LE is running OS ver 1.5.0 and I'm thinking of updating to 1.5.1 to see if that makes any difference...

The KARMA won't read PCG files from the LE and TR. You need to get someone who has something else like a fully up-to-date Triton Extreme or Classic to load it and convert it.

You may also have some luck with PCG Tools, I'm not sure.

Basically, the Karma was never programmed to handle the special PCG structure of the LE and TR which only have one IFX in a program/combi/song.

Thanks for the reply! So I'm going to try posting a URL below to my TritonLE.PCG file and hopefully someone with a Triton Extreme will load it and then save it and send it to my email below... Not sure if there are options on saving it to Karma format of if the Extreme will automatically write a PCG file that the Karma will load...
