SP200 - One note WAY louder than the others

Hi folks. Wasn't sure where to post this so bear with me if I'm in the wrong place. Basically my SP200 has one note (E below middle C) that intermittently plays way louder. Is this a mechanical fault or could it be something else? Hope you can help.

Could be something wrong with the velocity sensitivity on that particular key? Try disabling the velocity sensitivity and see if that key keeps doing it.
