MS20 (Legacy Collection): license code re-issue won't work

Hi, I've got another computer and I am installing all my software on that computer now. Now I want to re-install my MS20. I've downloaded the latest software and want to activate it. I seems that it is only possible by re-activating the license code. But when I want to do that (copy/paste it), it says that is the license code is invalid...
What is going on?
I've registered the MS20 years ago when I bought it new, I indeed still is in the list when logged in at Korg User Net. Yes it is the correct soft, yes I've correctly copied/pasted it.
This is utmost annoying, here I am, unable to use it!!

Did you have the original MS-20 that was part of the Korg Legacy Collection with MS-20ic? If so, the most recent version of the software that you can download and license is KLC 1.1.10. For the most recent versions of the software you'll want to purchase and register the KLC 1.2 update which is available for $15 via the www.korguser.net online shop. Once registered you can download and license each of the synths (MS-20, Polysix, WAVESTATION, MDE-X and LegacyCell). If this does not work, please contact your local Korg distributor for direct support.

My package reads "Korg Legacy Collection". "Virtual Instruments/effects Plug-ins w/MS20-Controller".
The controller version: MS20iC
