This is the Musikant set. You need to buy the SD dongle to unprotect the sounds.

No, you don't. I have loaded these sounds and they load normally into the user slots of the standard pa600 (user banks 1 & 2 courtesy of anhhai-kts). There seems to be a small problem with the last three sounds in bank 2 (if I remember correctly), which don't sound at all, but apart from that, they all load. I haven't tried anything else in the download.

Yes but the samples are protected and don't work.

If anyone loads these sounds in a standard pa600, they still have some worth. Our ears will decide. If we like what we hear, we will use them, either alone or in combination with others. If not, they will be discarded.

hi,

it seems that you can load the samples but really they are protected.
if you check the ram memory it is empty.

Assuming you do not have the SD Dongle an ARE getting the resource error page at start up....

After loading the Musikant .set you should go to "Sound Edit" mode then press the Menu button and select "User PCM Samples". Once on the "User PCM Samples" page press both 'Delete' buttons to delete all unused and user samples.

Now turn off your PA600 and restart. You will now no longer get the start up error message and all the User sounds based on internal ROM will still be there.

cheers!
