saving sequences

Post by tritonvoiceguy »

I can't for the life of me figure out how to save a sequence. I choose the sequence button to the left of the display. I record a few tracks. In the manual it says to go to the page menu and choose save seq but there is no save seq option in that drop down menu in the upper right hand corner of the sequencer page.

Maybe you're in the wrong mode?

Try it when you're in disk mode or seq mode, I am not sure which mode is the correct one.

saving

It's funny, my post didn't receive any responses for about 2 weeks and yesterday discovered that Korg provides support. I called them and got my answer and then, bingo, you reply. Yes, I was not in disk mode. I have to say, it's not all that intuitive but like many computer operations that aren't, it becomes second nature once you learn the process.

Thanks for your reply.

The manual is not clear at all on the process. I think they do not mention disk mode. The manual implies that from the sequence page you should just be able to get to a menu directly that has a "save seq" option.
