How do I create a loop and how do I change the lenght of a song can I do that ?

Create a loop by recording a track in the sequencer. Then go to P0:Play/REC, Play Loop tab. Check the appropriate Track Play Loop check box and set the start and end measures.

To change the song length go to P6:Track Edit. Use the menu command Set Song Length.
