microKey 37 with padKontrol - USB problem

Post by blackfire »

Hello,

recently I bought padKontrol and microKey37 controllers. I installed (i hope so) USB and MIDI drivers, got FL Studio, etc. The thing is I tried to use built-in USB hub on my microKey to connect padKontrol and it is not working. What is going on? I also tried to connect them to a single laptop USB port through external USB hub and still nothing. Is it possible that both controllers take too much power so they can't be connected to one USB port together? How it is possible that on a flyer attached to microKey they say I can use built-in USB hub to connect other devices if it is not working? Can anyone link me to proper drivers for both controllers to make it work? Is there any "procedure" to make it work?

Thanks in advance

Same issue.. nanoPad works plug dir. but cant get MicroKey37

I'm having the same exact issue. If I plug the nanoPad directly into the computer's USB port it works fine.. But, when I plug the MicroKey 37 in, it sees the device but does not work... Which is why the nanoPad does not work plugged into the MicroKey 37 (as prefered)... But the nanoPad does work if pluged in directly... Just not the MicroKey 37 no matter what I try (and as mentioned, it shows it in the device list.. enable it.. but still no go..)

Me very sad. javascript:emoticon(':(') Want keybord to work javascript:emoticon('')

Please Help...javascript:emoticon('')
