Paying for Technical Support / Lessons for Krome?

Hi,

I'm floundering, and it's at something really basic. I've saved a midi file on an SD card, stripped of its program change events.

I've somehow managed to create an .SNG/PNG with a few of the wanted program changes saved. How I managed to do that, no idea.

I'm stuck on trying to finish that job, or loading 2 SNGs and being able to play one or the other, or how to write/save information so that it retains the changes I've made ... and I've read all the manuals and watched the videos.

I'm happy to pay some smart person to walk me through my obvious errors. It's not really a tech support questions, it's more like basic knowledge. Does such a person/place exist?

Thanks! Maybe the same information expressed a different way will make more sense to me. Would never have stumbled across this on my own.
