KLC MS-20 controller

I notice that when I use the MS-20 plug-in (AU & VST), the GUI indicates all LED activity, but no LEDs on the controller indicate activity. Does anyone know about syncing the LEDs on the controller to the LEDs with the plug-in?

(LEDs sync properly with stand alone MS-20 app)

The plugin can't sync the LEDs as the plugin has no direct access to the controller. All it gets is midi data coming through the host (DAW).
Only the stand alone version can control the LEDs, if using the Korg (native) driver.
