My Triton Studio is in the shop with a major issue and it got me thinking that I really need a back up. My question is can I load my Triton Studio Back up disk into a Triton Rack? Thanks!

You should be able to.
The architectures (ROM, number of Banks, etc.) are the same.
Be aware that you'll need the same periferals installed if your Studio has EXB or MOSS boards installed and programs that reference their sounds.
Not having the options installed my also keep your sounds from loading as the MOSS bank (F) is "closed" unless that board is installed.
