Loading a sound to SSD

I am looking for some hand holding with my Kronos.
I got the D-50 sounds from Irish Studios and watched the great Video of the install on line. I followed the video instructions to a T and I can see the sounds but not hear them.
I am not a idiot, but I am having problems and I am reaching out to you. I found your instructions on You Tube and followed them to a T. After I installed your sounds I can see them but there are no sounds present. I have had a lot of sounds in my Kronos and I might have to flush the memory as I think most went into memory and not the SSD. I also get the message (KSC is incomplete due to uninstalled EXs:??2).
I even did a reset to factory before I tried to install your software. A word or direction from you would be a God send.

I did send you an email on this. Did you not get my reply?

You have to copy the data from your memory stick to the internal Sold State Drive and load it from there. You must NOT try load it from directly from the memory stick.

The KRONOS does not stream data off the memory stick.
