I have some SF2 files to load into the Kronos. I need to add a short release and effects to these sounds. What is the easiest way to accomplish this.
Thanks,

If you loaded it into a program you'll need to do the following:
To add/decrease release time:
- Press the Amp/EG Tab
- Press the Amp1 EG
- In the "Envelope" group, change the value of "release" of the "Time" section.
Changing it for a higher value you'll increase release time and lower value you'll decrease it.
To add an effect just use the IFX Tab to route it to one of the IF Channels and add the effect you like.
Hope that helped.

What I often do is use an existing HD-1 Program of a similar instrument and replace the multisample(s) with the multisample from the converted SF2. You benefit from all the envelope, FX and other settings made in the existing Program
