I have some syx patches that I really want to load onto the microKORG but am finding the process to be far more complicated than I expected.
I have tried MIDI-OX, SysExLibrarian, Sysxplorer and none of them will load the syx files.
I closely followed the the instructions found here:
http://www.korg.co.uk/downloads/m1/supp ... MIDIOX.pdf
When I get to the final step (Send Sysex) nothing happens. Zilch.
I am using the following setup:
-HP Envy running Windows 7
-Steinberg UR22 with MIDI in and out
-microKORG
Please help!!
Loading sysex patches to a microKORG?

Hi,
Not really a solution but some cross-checks...
First of all, do you have a proper connection with your keyboard over Midi? Can you receive and send midi events, like notes?
Are these sysex messages correct? Where did you get them from?
What do you mean by "nothing happens"? Do you see the progress box?
Is the data actually sent (e.g. some midi usb cables have a blinking led when data is sent.
Do you have the midi filter for sysex messages enabled on your board?
Bye.
