really korg,i have a kp3 and a kaossilator pro,the save all on kp3 saves all like bpm ,program memory, but the kaosilator pro wont save bpm, program memory, key and scale, this basically renders the unit useless for live, someone mentioned to write down the setting,so if your doing it live ,im sure people wont mind you taking 10 min between songs to set things up on the kaossiilator pro,,,,NOT...CMON KORG,GET YOUR s**t TOGETHER AND MAKE A FIRMWARE UPDATE THAT ACTUALLY SAVES....SHEESH,the kaossilator pro is a great unit but if your planning on using it live...its useless unless you bring your setting notebook with you, cmon korg...its the 21st century...lets get with it,kp3 saves all,why in the $%$# does the kaossilator pro do the same(sorry for the rudness but ive waited patiantly for 8 months for an update, now im pissed

just for some info, when i save to kaossilater pro i also save to the kp3 {this way i never loose the bpm...example,i save the kaossilater pro to one of the slots on the card and do the same to kp3,usually the same slot number, when i load the slots i look at kp3 bpm when im done, then change the bpm on kaossilator, easiest way without writing it down, dont get me wrong...awsome units, but still pissed.

Cool workaround but what if you have the two linked by midi? I slave kp3 to kaossillator pro, this it dictates tempo and we're back to square 1. I wouldn't mind if it time stretched the other or just pitched down but it is a major pain in the balls especially if you're playing live. I mean we spent close to a metric tonne on these two units, surely we are entitled to some dignity? I just came to see honk if you're horny in peace!

Recently I bought the Kaossilator Pro+, and soon realised that it can save bpm, but won't load it back! You can read it on the Kaossilator Pro+ Editor software screen, named Original BPM.
I thought that if you load ALL, it should load ALL, including tempo. But when I load a data file, everything plays with wrong speed and wrong pitch, until I set the tempo to the one it was recorded with.
It seemed to me as a BUG or a malfunction, until I found this topic.
