Turned on my PA3X today and the sound was very bad. I'm using 2x Mackie SRM450 and a DBsound bass. It sounded like the sub was not working, and like there was almost no bass on the sound. The output sound from the headphone output was also bad. I have checked the MAXX audio, and it works and I can hear when I turn off and on. It also seems like one output channel is weaker then the other. I have tried to reload the OS, but no use. Anyone knows if there have been issues with the output on the PA3X. Next gig comming up saturday, getting a little stressed. My dealer don't have the PA3X in stock, and I have the only one around here. Any suggestions on what to do? Thanks!

You have obviously gone through a sensible process of elimination... does look like a hardware problem...
Sounds like a quick panic trip to your Korg service would be the best solution now particularly as you are relying on it for a gig.
Your dealer should be able to help regarding the service centre.
Good luck

Hi
Well it all ended good, played the saturday gig, and the PA3X was back to normal. What I did, I called my dealer, and I got a person at the Korg reairsenter to contact. He told me to download the System Reset file at the Korg web site, and do a full factory reset, and than reload my backup file. If that did not work I had to take the KB to the repairs enter. I was lucky, that worked fine, after reloading my backup the PA3X was working perfect. He told me that most of the time problems came after using corrupt files (samples), but in my case I only use the factory samples, and I did not download any new files. Why I had this problem I don't know, I did not do anything else than playing, next day when I turned on, it was not working right. The PA3X had not been moved or anything. I hope it will work fine, my best KB ever! If you do this, don't forget to make a backup of your work, or you will loose it all.
