I'm selling my Triton Extreme and thought I'd share some of my experiences with it, purely for nostalgia's sake. Other than for traditional keyboard purposes, I've also used it to process bass, guitar and a MicroKorg. The valve force produces a nice tone, particularly for bass, which ends up sounding quite gruff. Similarly the fx section sounds remarkably full if you tinker enough to get it sounding right.
Thought I'd share the strangest fx chain I created, though: a piercing, metallic solo. In the hardware chain is a MicroKorg > a BOSS GT8 guitar FX board > Triton Extreme > Computer. I controlled the Microkorg through the Triton Extreme and simultaneously used a sustain pedal attached to the TE and the wah peddle on the BOSS GT 8!

I sequenced the entire song on the Triton, including time signature and tempo changes. I will be sad to see it go, it was great for writing demos.

So I'd be more than interested to hear any sounds any of you have created with this keyboard.
