Volca Keys (Track better with MIDI keyboard?)
Does the Volca Keys track much better with an external keyboard? I love it, but it is impossible for me to play on that tiny ribbon keyboard. Every chord gets choked out because I accidentally play two notes with one finger.

Re: Volca Keys (Track better with MIDI keyboard?)
I got a midi controller in preparation before I got my Keys just to use with it, I found that the dynamics you can get direct from the Keys ribbon is far higher than that when using the controller. I tried all aspects of the velocity settings on the controller to replicate the ribbon response but nothing came close for me. It may just be my controller though, its an M Audio Radium 49, you may find a Korg one will be better, as most Korg gear isgabrielstigmatic wrote:Does the Volca Keys track much better with an external keyboard?
