KORG Gadget Limiter Bug?

I noticed something odd with KORG Gadget's limiter and was wondering if anyone else could verify this. With the Limiter engaged--even with its amount set to 0--it introduces into the audio what can be best described as a "ringing-feedback-buzz" sound at around 676Hz.

To best hear it, create a new song and select London. Verify that the Limiter is ON and its amount set to 0. Open the track editor and enter a kick drum. Change the kick drum to BD Sub-O and tune it to -24. Return to the mixer view and hit Play. Toggle the Limiter off and back on and you should hear the ringing artifact go away and come back.

If I fiddle with the tuning of the kick drum, the ringing-buzz remains at the same pitch, so it's not some weird artifact of a sample being tuned way down. It's more or less noticeable with different kick drums and different tunings. I can use the Tokyo gadget and turn the decay on its default "SD201" kick drum patch all the way up and hear it as well.

I hadn't noticed it until I updated to 1.0.2, so I reverted to version 1.0.1 but the ringing is still there. It's audible in exports to SoundCloud, too. The only thing I don't know is if it's related--although I'm not sure how it would be--to my recent iOS update from 7.0.4 to 7.0.6, or if it's something that's always been there and I just never noticed it before. Or if this is really a "feature" and I'm just unaware I'm supposed to appreciate it.

So, is there anyone else who's noticed this? Or can replicate it? Or knows if it's supposed to do this?

Yes I can confirm this. Looks like it does it with low frequencies.

Use any gadget to produce a very low, almost inaudible, frequency (using the LP filter set to a low cutoff and a C0 note for example), and you can hear it.

I don't know why it's doing it but yes, the limiter is adding the ringing sound.
