kaoss pad 3 (how or where should i do repair it?)

hey,
i had an us kp3 and it was surge with the us adaptator in france.
i opened it up and i saw the consequences the place of the alim was black and smoked.
so i 'll repair or change the circuit.
Who knows where i should repair it and the coast if you know.
