how to un mute korg pa800
could someone please tell me how to un mute my pa800? It turns on, looks like everything is ok, however, there is no sound coming out. I tried the head phone jack, factory reseted. I took it to Long and Mccuade, the gentleman there hooked it up to external mixer, there was sound.
I think my son may have pushed button or something that muted the keyboard. i would appreciate any help.
Thank you

GLOBAL MODE > AUDIO SETUP > MET/MP3/SPEAKERS ... Make sure speakers are not turned off there.Maximus1 wrote:could someone please tell me how to un mute my pa800? I'm afraid that your Power amplifier module is defective , that board has built in the headphones module too.
Therefore if all outputs are enabled , PA is on , and only outputs provide audio then you must visit repair center !
Maybe it's a simple PA board fuse but it's better not to mess with disassembling this !

Thank you very much for the suggestion, i checked, everything was sitting on left+right.MrVlad wrote:to add to what Thordaldus said, can you check that in Global Mode > Audio Setup > Style Kbd Tab that each element is set to Left+Right. if any element is set to Output 1 or Output 2 you won't hear anything of speakers.
Just a thought.
thank you again.
