TR Music Workstation

I use the TR Music WorkStation keyboards sequencing for live performance and play along. As of late while sequence is playing a random note will randomly play out much louder than the sequence. Sometimes not even a note thats being played or in the sequence. Is there a repair or maintenance suggestion. Nervous about replacing the TR as have years of sequencing saved on the smart card. Worst case is there a another Korg that would would transfer my sequencences without extensive reprogramming? Know I wont find another like mine sitting around. Thanks in advance for your response!
