I am using my Krome now for about 7 months in an amateur rock band. Normally I am the bass player but on some songs I am providing all the missing instruments with my Krome. So I am using many splits and velocity layers to have quick access to many sounds. Now I found that when I use global transpose in a split combination the split point moves with the transpose.
Example split point between the b2 and c3 key
Global transpose 3 semi tone up
Now the split stays between pitch b2/c3 but moves on the keyboard to a2/b2 flat.
My idea was to be able to change key, for example to try if its more convenient for our singer, without having to change my playing or my combinations
At the moment the global transpose is more or less useless for me.
BTW the same happens when I put octave up or down on SW1/SW2. The split point moves one octave up or down on the keyboard.
Any idea? To me it looks like bug.
But regardless of this, I am very happy with my Krome.
