EXs14 failed: internal process error

Can anyone tell me what this means? I'm trying to load the new EXs14 and this is the error I get.

You should always tell "How you fixed it" in case someone else comes up with the same problem. After all, you were looking for advice from the board when you thought it was broken.

Ok I narrowed it to being the browser I downloaded it from. First I started with IE then that wouldn't work then I used Chrome then it all worked for me. Maybe the data was corrupt.
