assigning bend to toggle switch, TR61 workstation

Hi there, new to forum.
I created combination patch with 2 voices: bass and horns. Bass sound will bend when I use the toggle switch; horns will not. I have looked everywhere for how to assign bend to horns with no luck.
Please advise.
