Sounds like you bellows could use a remake. All new leather on the bellows and new valves on the bellows would make it play much better. There are people who are professionals at restoring some of these parts.If someone is familiar with leather work , I bet they could figure it out. I used to put new leather on old, old motorcycle seats. but I sold all my tools and materials.
