Finding a keyboard that has "great touch" is very much a matter of personal opinion, as is a definition of "not bulky". The Kawai VPC, at 29.5Kg, is "very bulky" to me!
Yamaha don't do controllers, but their portable pianos are worth considering. The lightest option with the GHS keyboard is the P35/P45 (11.5Kg, but not so great touch), and the lightest with the better GH keyboard is the CP40 (16Kg, but my favourite keyboard to play bar none).
Studiologic have a few products that may suit. The Numa Nano, or the VMK88Plus are both weighted keyboards, but small and light. I don't think either counts as a "great touch", though. The Acuna series 73/88 is slightly heavier (12.5Kg for the 73), but (IMHO) a much better playing experience. http://www.studiologic-music.com/produc ... llers.html
Another strong contender would be the Casio PX-5S. Pretty good to play, very light, and lots of great sounds. This is the best balance of feel against weight on the market, I would say.
I'd strongly recommend that you try before you buy - or at least buy from somewhere with a good returns policy.
